Strength from the Ground Up
Our building process starts with an Australian-made DuragalPlus/Allgal Steel chassis from FP Chassis.

Seamless, Durable Flooring You Can Rely On
A solid, one-piece 12mm plywood floor is installed directly onto the chassis—painted on one side for added waterproof protection. This seamless design means no joins, no movement, and no worries. It creates the perfect foundation for
your vinyl flooring, keeping it smooth and
secure.
Timber or Aluminium Frame—The Choice is Yours
We offer the flexibility to build your caravan with either a timber or aluminium frame. Aluminium frames are lightweight, highly durable, and built to go the distance. Timber frames, on the other hand, while still delivering strength and reliability, offer a more budget-friendly option and greater customisation. We believe in giving our customers the power to choose what works best for them, without compromising on quality.
Strong, Insulated Roofing You Can Rely On
Our caravan roofs are designed for strength, comfort, and durability. With two layers of insulation, you get excellent thermal efficiency to keep you comfortable in all conditions. On top of
the Meranti timber frame is a 6mm layer of raw plywood
to enhance structural integrity and ensure a flat, solid surface.
This added strength means your roof isn’t just built to last—
it’s also safe and stable enough to comfortably stand on
when needed.
